What we collect when you visit airfrostpro.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Last updated: 27 July 2026

1. Who we are

Bottle Rocket Media (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website airfrostpro.com and is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

If you use our contact form or write to us, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you supply one), the subject you select, and whatever you put in your message. We only ask for what we need in order to reply.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our servers and analytics tools record technical details when you visit: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, and the date and time of your visit.

Campaign and referral data

Our pages read tracking parameters from the address bar (for example utm_campaign, utm_medium, campaign_id, site, and platform) and pass them on to the merchant when you click through to an offer. This tells the advertiser which campaign sent you and is how referral fees are attributed.

Cookies and similar technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and local storage to keep the site working, to measure traffic, and to measure advertising performance. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

Third-party tools that may set cookies or receive data from this site include Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and advertising and attribution partners used by the merchants we link to. These providers act under their own privacy policies.

3. Why we use it

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (cookies and marketing measurement), our legitimate interest in running and improving the site, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. We do not ask for, receive, or store card numbers, bank details, or payment credentials — if you buy something, that transaction happens entirely on the merchant's own website under their privacy policy.

5. Who we share it with

6. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and stored in the US, where privacy law may differ from that of your own country.

7. How long we keep it

Contact-form correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after the matter is closed. Analytics and log data are generally retained for up to 26 months. We keep information longer where a law, a dispute, or an audit requires it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a portable copy, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sharing” of personal information. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws, and residents of the UK and the EEA, have these rights under their own statutes.

To exercise any of them, use the form on our Contact page or email contact@airfrostpro.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We will respond within the period required by the applicable law, normally 30 to 45 days. We may need to verify your identity first. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Do Not Track and opt-out signals

Where required, we honour recognised browser opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through the tools published by the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls. No website can promise perfect security, and we cannot guarantee that transmissions to us are absolutely safe.

10. Links to other sites

This website contains advertising links to merchants we do not control. Once you follow one, this policy no longer applies. Please read the privacy policy of any site you land on before giving it your details.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The revision date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
